Pastoral Care
Eucharistic VisitorsEucharistic visitors take Holy Communion to those who can not attend regular worship services due to illness or other adversities. This ministry is a means to extend the "body of Christ" and the sacrament of communion to those who would otherwise not receive it. Prayer ListThe prayer list is the list of names read during our Sunday worship services. We pray for those who are sick or any kind of need, those who have died and those in our armed services. We only use first names in these prayers.
Food for FriendsFood for Friends provides meals for parishioners during a crisis. We schedule the meals to be delivered via takethemameal.com where you can create a customized online sign up sheet to include phone numbers, driving directions, food allergies and more that makes it easy for friends and family to take meals to those in need.
To activate this group of people, contact Sue Culotta at [email protected] or fill out the form to the right. |
